- Completion dates
6. Communicating with Learners
Your learners will receive the following emails from The Driver Hub:
- An email welcoming them to your group and inviting them to log on
- An email inviting them to the course and inviting them to complete The Welcome Lesson
- An email each time a new lesson is released, reminding them to sign on
- An email with the results of each quiz they attempt (pass or fail)
- We’ll also remind them via email when they haven’t signed on recently and when their course access is about to expire.
As a Group Leader, staying connected with your learners as well can help in their course success. A few ideas include:
- Use group email lists (bcc learners) or SMS tools to let them know on the first of the month that a new lesson has been released and to let you know if they have not received the notification email. This can ID if addresses were entered wrong or if emails were landing in spam.
- Group chat tools like Google Groups, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp/Slack channels to discuss what they have been learning in the course and open discourse across participants.
7. Support & Troubleshooting
If you or your learners run into issues:
- Login problems: Learners can click Forgot Password on the login page or reset it directly from Reset Password.
- Course not showing: Confirm they are added to the group and assigned to the course.
- Still stuck? Visit The Driver Hub Knowledgebase and see if the topic is covered there.
- Finally: Contact us and we’ll help!
